I’m in Canberra this weekend for the ACT State Champs. Will be a great opportunity to run some fast times against some strong competition!

I’ll be running at around 4pm today for the heats of the 100m then again at 6:12pm in the final (providing I qualify).
On Sunday, the 200m heats start around 11:40am with the final at 1:40pm.
